Refund & Billing Policy

Plans and billing
Moneytaw Premium is billed through Paystack at ₦2,500 per month or ₦25,000 per year. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium features until then, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
- Accidental or duplicate charges are refunded in full — contact us within 14 days of the charge.
- Annual plans may be refunded pro-rata within 14 days of the initial charge or a renewal, minus any Kudi Points discount applied.
- Monthly plans are generally not refunded once a billing period has started, except where required by law or in cases of verified service failure.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Kudi Points
Kudi Points (1 point = ₦1) can be redeemed against subscription charges, partially or fully. Points are promotional credit: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be refunded as money, and are forfeited when an account is deleted.
